What it does
Works without internet
Every sale is saved on the phone first. Nothing waits for a network. When signal returns, the app sends what is queued and pulls down what changed elsewhere.
Buy in bags, sell in kilos
Record a purchase as 2 bags at 50 kg each, then sell 500 g. The app converts between purchase, stock and selling units and keeps the maths straight.
Real profit, not guesswork
Cost is tracked as a weighted average, so when you restock at a new price your margins update automatically. Every sale shows what it actually earned you.
Barcode scanning
Scan a product with the phone camera to sell it or look it up. No extra hardware, no typing product names at the counter.
Alerts that know when to stay quiet
You hear about a product once, when it drops below its reorder level or runs out — not on every sale after. Several at once arrive as one summary, and nothing buzzes overnight.
Staff without shared logins
Give an assistant their own account. They can sell; only an admin can change prices, edit products or see the full books.
Customer debts, settled properly
Sell on credit to a named customer and the app keeps the running balance. Record each repayment and see who owes what at a glance.
Expenses and suppliers
Rent, transport and wages go in as expenses, so profit is what you actually kept. Restock on credit and the supplier balance tracks itself.

Open a branch from the same account. Switch between shops on one phone and see every branch's sales side by side.
Retail and wholesale, side by side
Set a wholesale price and the quantity that qualifies for it. When a customer buys enough, the app switches to wholesale pricing on its own — and records which price was used, so your reports separate the two.
